However, fans of both celebrities are not yet in the light of what Baddo had done to deserve the credit. However, unofficial reports claimed that Baddo had co-written some of the songs on the album.

Odumodu Blvck

Odumodu Blvck is a Nigerian drille rapper. He is known for his hardcore lyrics and bars. Odumodu who came into the limelight has benefitted from Olamide’s generosity. He stated in a podcast that Olamide had sponsored his trip to a video shoot.

He claimed that Olamide flew him and his crew to make just an appearance in a video Can you imagine that? The history of the story goes thus: Odumodu Blvck had been a featured artiste on ID Cabasa’s reimagined song ‘Olufunmi’.

On the day of the video shoot, Odumodu Blvck was not in town. According to him, he was in a show organized by Cubana Chiefpriest. This made it difficult for him to be in attendance for the video. This made the YBNL boss take drastic action to save the day for Odumodu.

Omah Lay

Omah Lay is one of the musicians making raves in Nigeria. Although, it has not always been the way. If you recall, Omah Lay was one of the acts that blew up during the COVID-19 pandemic. Omah Lay’s album, ‘Get Layd‘ exposed Omah Lay’s talent to the world. One of the people who got Omah Lay’s talent to more audience is Olamide 

In 2020, Baddo featured Omah Lay on a track called ‘Infinity‘. Omah as usual came through with a powerful verse on Omah Lay’s track. The collaboration did wonders for both artists, solidifying Omah Lay’s presence in the industry and showcasing the YBNL boss’s ability to elevate any song he touches.

Fave

Fave is another delectable artiste that has benefitted from Olamide’s generosity. Before she met him, she got several streams of her songs. However, when she met Baddo her story changed. In her story, she stated that she met Olamide through his wife.

In the course of her discussion with the YBNL boss, he paid for her first musical video shoot. Baddo paid music video director, TG Omori for her video.

Later that year, Olamide also featured her on his album. The song had gained high streams on all streaming platforms. The verse she had on the song exposed her to other A-list Nigerian artiste like Davido.

Zlatan

Zlatan is one of the rappers that Baddo has shown generosity. Zlatan has often given Baddo praise for assisting him. If you recall, the YBNL boss gave Zlatan his first major hit. The song ‘My Lord‘ had become the street anthem for months. Talking about this song, he revealed that Baddo knew what he wanted. 

Another way Zlatan has benefitted from Olamide is his confidentiality. In a video, he stated that Olamide would not disclose his act of generosity on social media. He even went as far as calling some artiste Olamide has helped so far.

Portable

Portable is another household name in the music industry thanks to Olamide. Portable has thanked Olamide in many videos stating that he helped him with a verse. Honestly, Olamide was not mandated to record a verse for the song.

This is because Portable at the time could not pay the Olamide feature fee. However, Olamide did it for free. It was later revealed that Baddo paid for the video as well. Apart from the artiste listed above, He has been of help to his label mates. One of them is Asake. Baddo has helped Asake in various ways.

In one scenario, the YBNL boss is one of the main roots of Asake musical growth. He has helped Asake write many lyrics he found difficult to sing. In an interview, Davido disclosed that Asake had asked for Olamide’s presence when recording his verse in a featured song. Also not forgetting Fireboy too.
